TITLE : leadership Role

JOB CODE : SA/North

DIVISION / DEPT : Permanent Staffing/Staff Augmentation / RPI
REPORTS TO : Manager -North RPI

POSITION SUMMARY:

Incumbent should have around 4-7 years of total experience in recruitments out of which at least 2-3 years should be staff Augmentation (Contractual Staffing). He should be highly capable in terms of handling multi-assignments and equally capable of handling pressure and team. Person should be good in people management, should have market intelligence and one who is good at developing and maintaining customer relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Will have to lead a team, so should poses team handling skills.

· Business development and maintaining customer relationships.

· Understanding of high-end technologies and markets.

· Client and Account Management

· Crisis Management

· Revenue generation and collection.

SKILLS:

· Must have good Command over communication i.e. written and verbal in English, Professional Touch, Fluency and confidence.

· Quick Adaptability and Learning in terms of Market, Technology and Human behavior.

· Good co-ordination skills and self-driver.

· Aggressiveness and extrovert

· Should be a Task Master

· Should have strong Macro and Micro understanding about the industry

· Scalability must be there

· BE/B Tech/BBA/BCA/MBA/MCA.

· 2 to 7 year.

· Person having some experience in Technical recruitment (Especially in Contractual Staffing) will be preferred
