BGM-TAB is an Exclusive Combustion Catalyst, Octane Booster, Injector Cleaner, Smoke Inhibitor and Fuel Conditioner, in tablet form which increases the speed at which fuel burns in the combustion chamber.

COMBUSTION CATALYST When the fuel is burned in the cumbustion chamber, not all the fuel is used and a proportion goes out the exhaust as poisonous emissions.
