A: My Advice to the first time job seekers and fresh graduates would be:
1)Your career starts not when you graduate from your institute but your career starts the day you join institute.
2)It is important that you have fun, you have your own share of all the campus adventures but at the same time it is very important that you take your curriculum very seriously.
3)You should also look at what is the critical success factors which are required to make you survive and be successful in the corporate world.
4)How do you use your time in the campus, not just to complete your curriculum but also built some of those capabilities.
5)So Focus on what you want to do, what career you want to built, how did you get there from the day one when you enter the campus and not on the last day when you get out of the campus?
6)I am sure with the above things you will get a great profession.
What kind of student you were in your college days?
A: I wont say that I was studious but had my own share of fun. But I think probably the last few months post my internship is when I really started getting serious. I set my ambitions on joining a particular company and started working towards that.
