My first professional experience
Tuesday 30th, September 2008
After a college life when i joined the company. First day was in my office, i met all the employee. Every one was better then me, because i had a lot of speak difficulty in public. i was not good at communication. Second or third day was in my office, I was scared because i was not on time. I was coming from Mathikere to Murgesh pallya(my office bus stop name). That day i left the room early but i stuck in the road traffic . Bus stop to office is five minute walkable distance.when i left the bus at stop i started running.Every one was watching me, i enter in the office only five or six employee was there. I knew because when i was signing in time on register. i was 10 min late from office time.I took a long breath and entered in my department.I saw only Rajesh was there.Rajesh is senior employee who came early in the office . i took my chair and sat front of computer.Suddenly i heared a loud sound What is the time. Simply i told 8.40. He told to me come here. I saw his face. His expression was not friendly. He told me see there. He was indicating the system time. On system time was 8.45. In his point i was 15 minute late. He asked me more than ten question . Every question my answer was common  i stuck in the traffic jam. For me this was first time any one talk like this, i did not say any thing to him. Full day i was upset. I was not feeling comfortable to work. But i got a chance to prove myself. I did not want to miss this opportunity so i talk to myself. After that i decided i can not get late a minute. I was leaving the room early, if possibly i got a traffic jam i use to leave the bus and cross the jam by walking. And getting one auto to reach office.
I forget to tell you when Rajesh was asking the question . he told me one thing, Any company accepting to you as an employee first they see your punctuality and sincerity about work. If u r maintaining this thing it is not a matter how much you are intelligent. Company will be not favor. you may be weak in work if you have sincerity and punctuality then you can easily learn, possible some time later you will be better may be best.
Really i am thankful to Rajesh for this important suggestion. I follow his experience view, now i am thinking i can do better in life..........
