A DAY OF BANKRUPTCY - IMPACT ON THE EMPLOYEES

The shares are dipping day by day, people still have hopes looking at the New York Stock Exchange.

Parents calling up their children in Mumbai to find out whether everything's OK with your Organization.
Son, let us know if you have any problem- come back, look for a job here we can manage things at home.
Don't worry about anything. Dad is still working, he will manage. God is great! HE will do something good for you.

Oh God! we just took a home loan how are we going to repay them, will you get the salary for the next month. Will our EMI bounce- oh! we will be in the defaulter's list. How will we pay the school fees of our child?

Oh Ghosh! I just gave my resignation last week in X Company, now how will I join this company which has declared bankruptcy. Am I suppose to join tomorrow or look for another job. My old company will not take me in.

I am the only source of income for my entire family. How am I going to tell them my company is closed down?

Madam, I was suppose to join your company tomorrow should I go ahead and come for the Induction.

Oh! these words and sentences that were heard by the employees when the company declared bankruptcy.

The market was flooded with resumes, oh will I get the same salary or anything lower than this.
Anything lower than this will impact my EMI, my monthly grocery, the money that needs to be sent to my parents in the village. How Am I Going to do this?

There was another thing that was going on was the headhunters and rival companies started chasing the Top Management of the bankrupt firm with offers flooding in.

The Pool was full of 'Talent'.Yes the earth was full of 'TalentPool'.

But the day next to bankruptcy, interview calls started coming to the heart-broken employees.

And now, the confidence is back, some companies opened up interviews specially for the employees of this bankrupt firm.

Wonderful, GOD opened the doors of many employees.

And No turning back, LIFE IS ON IN MUMBAI.............. and of course every part of the world.
