Recruiter is a person engaged in recruitment.This could be for any sectors.They are the ones who fill the position in different organizations.

With the market slow down, The present of these recruiters has also slowed down.

There are certain ways that can be used to get sustained in the market.
1.  Recruiters should be expert in other fields also ( e.g. Banks, Insurance, etc.)
2.  Recruiters should concentrate on Aptitude Tests for the companies
3.  Recruiters should get indulged in trainings such as soft skills, Human Behavioural skills, etc which would get some added advantage in slow down.

These are some ways wherein the recruiters can learn something different apart from
their normal work life.
Remember, Recruiters Nothing is Impossible if done with a strong Will and Self-Confidence.

These things will definitely help you people to be atleast stable in your business.

Laying off good employees is like removing a rose from the rose plant. You have many
Roses in the market. Grab them and Use them to present to a company at the right time.

Markets cannot be in this manner for long time. There is always a Full Stop in every
sentence. Slow Down can be a long sentence, but yes, there's going to be a Full Stop very soon.

Recruiters should adopt some Innovative Recruitment Procedures. As you see today's article in 'The Mint', financial firms are turning to innovative recruitment solutions ?? like tying up with educators and setting up their own schools.

Such steps can be definitely useful for both the recruiters and the firms.

Hey Recruiters! you people play a major role in any industry who needs smart and talented people. You people are like 'The Milk', A Tea without Milk is Black Tea, Industry is in the Dark Field without the Recruiters.

So, don't worry about the slow down, Think Positive, and go ahead with Positive Steps that would bring you up.

You will always remember yourself, when you have a Cup Of Tea with any Firms.
