Now a days, Indian technocrats, scientiests, academicians are doing a lot of research in India. But the publications are done with foreign publishers who reserve the rights of the same work and material. In other word, they draining out our brains. This is a national loss. Indian people should come out with good publishing companies to publish the research and protect the rights of the research in the national interest. But the quality of the publications must be maintained and this may pose a threat to the concept. What are your opinions?
