Right from starting of our first job . we always have higher expectations..

we compare our salary, technology,work culture with our friends or colleagues .that makes us miserable..

Before you do that You work on your skills first ,then success will definetly follow you ...

1. Know your strenght first .

2. Try to work out before expecting .

3. Do Justification to the job what you are doing.

4. Beleive in Karma. It is eternal thing for our existence.

5. Love your Job what you do , Never Escape from taking risks.

6. Dont build false impression of your self , try to showcase your skills in the small arena before taking big decision.

7. Try to think big i.e, think from the Different Angels, from the Customer perspective, Managers perspective etc.. .

Be happy for what God has blessed with .. Live in Present ..
