1. This is Mrityu Lok. We cannot always enjoy happiness in this world.
2. The soul i.e. Atma is a fragment of Param-Atma ie.(God).
3. These fragments after a very long stay in the Astral World come down to the terrestial plane to undergo the numerous difficulties on earth,to achieve various experiences and finally return to their original positions after attaining Moksha or Nirvana.
4. The physical body has no identity or existence alone. It has its presence felt only in conjunction with the Atma or Soul.
5. Attachments with physical bodies can only be for short periods and their separations are painful.
6. After death all great men are usually referred to as Noble Souls because we appreciate the efforts/achievements of
the particular entity in conjunction with the soul.
7. The Atma while in the Astral Plane selects in a period ranging from 3 days to 3 months the experiences it would undertake when coming down to the earth. It also selects its parents and places of existence on earth.
8. There are as many as 84 birth cycles before attaining Nirvana or Moksha. Therefore one should not feel disheartened
if there is continuous or protracted suffering as compared to another person's apparant or visible happiness. The no.of birth cycles can be reduced by executing our Karma in this life in the proper manner ie.by understanding the purpose of this Janama.
9. All Souls have to undergo experience of all earthly miseries in one of the 84 birth cycles before attaining Nirvana.
10. The periods when we experience happiness on earth are only balancers or stop gaps between various miseries to enable the body and soul to exist for predetermined periods.
11. Therefore one must accept with gratitude to God-The Param Atma-of which the self is a part, all the dificulties and diseases alongwith the joys and pleasures during the earth life cycles.
12. All living beings have a soul which is a part of Param Atma. Therefore we must love everyone who are a part of self.
13. Hatred means dislike of self and therefore God which is of no purpose.
It only amplifies self misery.
14. God is the inner self and is therefore within you at every moment.
15. When we say I am (from Hindi Aham) we are identifying with self but restricting itself to one individual ie. a fragment of Param Atma.It is this wrong presumption that becomes Ego and is the root cause of self misery.
16. When we remove the restriction to self the aham extends to infinity and associates with all fragments of Atma and Param Atma and transforms to eternal happiness.
17. The Aham is total or infinite and cannot be embodied in self which is infinitismal. To absorb or assimilate Aham the shell has to be broken and made limitless.
18. Please remember the experiences you gain in life are your own requirements selected by your soul while in the Astral World and are necessary for attaining Moksha
19. When you are prepared for accepting the experiences they no longer remain bitter and can be assimilated easily.
20. We have to sow seeds to obtain fruits.
We demand things from God thinking it to be our right but are not even aware of the inputs required. This input is through transformation. The seeds of self transformation must be sown for achieving our ambitions.
The self transformation will be possible by change of thoughts, vision, speech, actions & habits. This does not mean succumbing to the situations as they exist but overcoming or bearing through the difficult moments by exercising self control.
