We always see so many changes made by our govt. in each 5 yr duration or agenda to make some changes. At this time our govt. is looking energetic and preparing for its 100 days plan. From Mr.Sibal and Mr.Yashpal's plan to take all important big banners beneath one roof to Shailja's plan to make Indian cities slum free.Really they are planning a lot but these plans are good to talk and difficult to tackle.

Our HRD minister Mr.Sibal want to make 10th optional, they are making smile on ,only few childrens's and parents faces ,in true sense, who does not mean to it.It is nothing to do with the fact that our country's children from villages and from some small town, cities are seeking basic education. It seems that they have nothing to do and plan something sensible and meaningful which will give India a smile for long term. That's why they are doing formality by shuffling the child's puzzle and nothing more than that and I am certainly disappointed with Mr.Yashpal at this time.

Our country is leading developing country and yet its some not some almost Villages are seeking basic education and infrastructure. Our 'Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan' is seeking invigilence of our govt.,which has been elected by our 40% of country's population. Schools are not fascinated with basic infrastructure and seeking good teachers, who do not beat wildly small children.Yet 'Mid day meal' is not a part of school even that school is being funded regularly for this and if it is given is with some unwanted material.Due to this children and their parents get demotivated and it is affecting Indian villages and small towns badly. They comes to cities for work which results in slums in cities because everybody has to do something 'Rojgar' for 'Do Wakt ki Roti' to atleast survive in this fast growing world.

Our HRD ministry has a lot of to do, if they will make a 'intense will'.Their step to make 10th optional and yashpal's plan does not affect the paople of this country widely. They are only giving education system a 'Fancy Designer dress' leaving undergarments 'teared at so many places'.
