Desired skills: The incumbent should be ideally a mechanical engg graduate from any of the top 10 institutes with management/materials management background. He should have graduated through hard core plant exposure. Should be lately in a similar corporate capacity with a large group of company preferably auto ancillary/die casting/forging etc.

Responsibilities: He would be directly responsible for all decisions taken right from conceptualization to commissioning of the projects including liaison with govt authorities, purchase/procurement of plant & machinery, involving finalization of technical specifications, tendering, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, site management, manpower planning etc.
