Many a times it is used mere as a tool to get these benefits without putting in a lot of effort and hard work and in-turn affecting the very chemistry of the industry. The more the trend is increasing, the lessen the grip and power of getting the work done on time with quality, Worst case, sometimes it is even used as a threat. Not very encouraging to know that the industry is trying to fight back and organizations are trying to positively focus on this challenge and living with the trend but for how long?

There is a certain limit of flexibility which once reached will simply break the trend and start moving the sails to outsource in places where people spend lives for work and not the other way around This one single factor is very negative on the industry and the current clientele is hard on it thinking of either introducing practices to overcome it or moving the harbor to another deck. Looking at the trends in other countries or even other industries within India, the trend looks to be very encouraging where the average time spent in a company is thrice or even more than it is in IT industry.
