Preventive Health Care
Many of us are unaware of our health until it becomes very serious. Then we rush to the doctor, and spend in lakhs. Sometimes, the life threatening diseases would have reached beyond the survival stage.
There are lot of subsidized packages for regular health check-ups which should be utilized. The saddest part is, though people are ready to buy gold (see the rush in major gold shops), they are not even bothered to have a small portion of their income on health checkups which can help detect your health problems at an early stage. Of course, insurance is taken up to avoid taxes.
