I always remember one of my physics professor during my BSc days. Prof Mukherjee, the learning experience with him I always cherish and wish we had many like him. His method of teaching was not just lecturing, he used to select few students in the calss, ask them to come prepared on a topic, then he used ask questions. Those who were regular and were able to answer indicating their preparations he used to continue with them. I very fadely remember the way he was once questioning... what if there are thousands of ants around a football, where will it move, the answer came from one of us .. nowhere sir; he was excited as this was leading to proving the gas equation PV=RT, and you should be presnt on such occassions where you find that you have proven such theory yourselve. It generated lot of interest in physics. Of-course after completing my BSc I did my Engineering in Electronics & Communication.

We need to encourage learning by question-answer, at any point whether it is educational institution or work place; such methods definitely makes a person more strong in the subject; of-course it is quite tough for both the teacher/mentor as well the student/learner but is helpful
