Questions when the deemed are damned
The recent report about a number institutions who enjoyed the hallowed status of deemed universities being cut to their size is interesting. How did they get this elevated status? who connived at their elevation and what cost? Now who dropped them low and why? Is it because those who dropped them now did not get their due?Are netas trying to make a fast buck by exploiting the demand for higher education? Are the netas themselves behind in washing the govt's hand off higher learning so that they can fill the fertile vacuum ? How many in this country need a higher education ?
Answers to these may ensure education for all to the needed level at reasonable cost.
