Very often a student who is about to pursue a Proffessional degree fall into a white collar dream,he/she takes very few steps to know the reality, The case becomes even worse when the Placement officer of the college or the institution assures them of a Royal Job.The Parents who should be the better guide in these cases also fall pray to the majical words by the Placement officer which is Job.Though the institution provides the student with a Job,yet they fail to give the satisfaction to the Job seekers,Students inturn they select the Job which would have been far away from their actual Goal/Dream

Atleast 65% of the students who are placed in a company do quit their Job in search of better job or better salary within a year or two,Though the HR people blame the Youth as salary oriented, yet the truth is different .Most of the Young Professional give first priority to their Satisfaction and then comes the Compensation factor,This trend is not easily identifiable by the recruiters or the HR Professionals, As most of the Company or Organisation try to acquire a qualified workforce or resources at any cost.If the recruiters and the HR Professionals were able to develop a Particular design for understanding the exact needs and wants of a Professional then they would also understand the type of the Job which would make a Professional satisfied ,If such design was not developed ,then these Organisation or companies has to face lots of absenteeism as Globalisation would play a major factor for attracting workforce .

Students should also make some check list in order to find their dream Job, Such as Companies reputation, Companies Policy,Internal growth offered by that company and other requisites which would satisfy them, Today with internet at every door step these things can be easily checked or verified. My last setence here would be Think before you leap.
