What's changed with The new iPad

Apple unveiled its new iPad last Wednesday in San Francisco.

Apple's chief executive, Tim Cook, and his lieutenants unveiled the third iteration of the device. And It will be available starting March 16 in the U.S. and 10 other countries. Since its introduction in 2010, the iPad is becoming more and more popular. Despite numerous contenders, Apple continues to dominate the tablet market, having sold more than 50 million iPads to date.IPad users accounted for 83% of all U.S. tablet users in 2011,

Not iPad 3, and not iPad HD, just the new iPad. Why Doesn't the New iPad Have a Name? I have no idea.

It looks and feels the same as its predecessor, the new iPad might look unimpressive. It has a super-high-res 2,048-by-1,536-pixel Retina Display powered by a beefed-up A5X CPU, a better camera, and fast 4G LTE on AT&T or Verizon.

Actually, you should turn it on and have a try. The 'Retina' display is a major improvement to what was already the market-leading tablet. Everything on the screen is sharper and clearer, whether it is the text on a webpage or a picture in iPhoto. And with an boost to the saturation, the whole display just has more pop. The best display on tablet computer up till now. I’m sure you will get more if you put dvd onto the new ipad and enjoy it.

Second, the new iPad seems faster. The new iPad is powered by an A5X processor. It's an upgrade from last year's model that adds quad-core graphics processing.  Whether that is because of the A5X or simply a case of seeing what one expects to see is a matter of opinion.

There is a better camera as well, the 'iSight' camera. The rear camera on the new iPad offers 5-megapixels and uses the same lens technology of the iPhone 4S. By that time, an ipad photo transfer will help users a lot. Although I think taking pictures with a 10-inch tablet computer will make users feel tired. Maybe there is demand really. LOL

Do you like App store? For some people, this is really more a reason to buy Apple than specifically to buy this new tablet. That is true, the App Store has some of the best tablet apps out there.

The new iPad maintain its original price. And the older iPad 2 with its $100 price reduction. Every device has its pros and cons. Will you buy a new iPad? Do you want to update your iPad 2 immediately, or Android is ok?
