1 Manage the Help Desk as the first level of support
2 Quick returns to the helpdesk mails.
3 Serve as liaison between Associates and NSS(our team) / FMS to resolve issues
4 Assigning tickets to the engineer based on their technical skills
5. Provide basic support for office productivity applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, e-mail, and other software as assigned
