or just
google starvation deaths in India and you would find astonishing, staggering and severally disappointing statistics of the realities behind Shining India and claimed ever blooming GDP growth.

This article is not to write a gloomy picture behind our remarkable GDP growth and emergence as a future global super power or to blame the executive machinery's in centre or in states as i don't feel doing the same may bring any change in the miserable fates of these Indian Citizens.

Don't believe me have a look on these reports:

or again just google about the sorry state of failure of our executive machinery altogether to provide food to all its people in a country who is rated among the largest producers of food grains and other essential commodities in the world.

I am not an economics student nor i know much about Market statistics. But what i know is that unidirectional market capitalization and unequal economic growth has lead to an undesirable and unfortunate state of affairs. The concept of rich becoming richer and super richer in India while poor starving to death is the hard core realities we all face today. How we can ever think of declaring ourselves a developed nation when our own people are just dying for lack of basic amenities. I have a very straight forward question as a sincere tax payer for all of the categories of direct and indirect taxes as levied on us amidst the large volumes of regular reports of failure of our entire executive machinery and involvements of big names in politics in biggest scams possible by CAG , Supreme Court , Human Rights Commissions and other NGOs elsewhere that why is not the Government whether in Centre or in States answerable anywhere?

And the fact is are the governments only to blame for this? Why cant Food Insurance schemes be brought forward and strict actions be taken against all those who happen to thrive by expanding their tax haven accounts. The people of elite classes, the super rich business houses, who have accumulated wealth from the country in one way or the another, why cant they sponsor the lives of people. In the country where multicrore IPL teams can be sponsored, why cant industries and statehood sponsorships can come forward. Why cannot the richer states come forward for financial helps to the not so rich brother states in India? If really we cannot think beyond our personal interests as individuals, as corporate houses or altogether as states of a one country and one nation then whats the really use of constituting a sovereign federal nation.

We all should ensure that these Children of lesser gods are given an equal right to survive and feed themselves and their children as legible citizens of India. I am playing my part in what the ways i can and you should too as it is never late to start. As rightly said somewhere:

Start with what is right rather than what is acceptable.
