The power of optimal and positive thinking : - by Alok Sharma - Content specialist India and Google Expert

Thoughts become reality, so think wisely, as you become what you think. But how do you control thoughts? What is the proper way to think? Most self styled Gurus will vouch for POPT- The power of positive thinking. In this globally competitive, stressful, high pressure WORLD, do you think you can always think positively? Noway. If you are short on success, just by thinking positively will not take you to your destination. Destiny is never preordained, as most people believe; you have to go out there, take initiative and WORK your way up, know your pros and cons, that is what is called as the power of optimal thinking. I am Alok Sharma Content and google specialist India, inviting you to see further.

The power of optimal thinking

In todays scenario you have to maintain the right balance, use different permutations and combinations, take calculative and well thought of RISKS to reach the zenith. The ship in the horbour is at its safest place, but that is not what ships are made for, like a ship you also have to cover the ocean of life by taking necessary precautions and maintenance of self. So how to control our thought pattern, which should neither be outlandishly positive nor ignobly negative? How to differ between risk and stupidity? Lets do an autopsy to find the answer to the power of optimal yet positive thinking. Remember you are reading this courtesy Alok Sharma, the content specialist of India.

At first glance, it would seem that optimal and positive thinking and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) have nothing to do with one another. But many of us with ADD develop negative thinking patterns because we become frustrated by our challenges and frequent feelings of being overwhelmed. This negative outlook then makes it even harder for us to manage those challenges and move froward. Practicing positive thinking allows people with ADD to focus on their strengths and accomplishments, which increases happiness and motivation. This,in turn, allows us to spend more time making progress, and less time feeling down and stuck. Yes Alok Sharma, the content specialist India, says so. The following tips provide practical suggestions that you can use to help you shift into more positive thinking patterns on an optimal level.

Take Good Care of Yourself, as it is much easier to bep ositive when you are eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest. Remind Yourself of the Things You Are Grateful For, coz, stresses and challenges dont seem quite as bad when you are constantly reminding yourself of the good and rosy things that are right in life. Alok Sharma, the content specialist India thinks so. Taking just a few minutes a day to stop and appreciate the gorgeous and the fantabulous moments of your life will make a huge difference.

Look for the Proof Instead of Making Assumptions: - fright of not being liked or accepted sometimes leads us to assume that we know what others are thinking, but our fears are usually not real. Don't waste time worrying that you did something wrong unless you have proof that there is something to really worry about. Alok Sharma, the content specialist from India is a living proof.

Refrain from Using Absolutes: - like telling your co worker or partner - You're ALWAYS late! Or complaining to a friends and relatives - You NEVER call me! Thinking and speaking in absolutes like always, never and other destructive words makes the situation seem worse than it is, and programs your mind into believing that certain people are incapable of delivering. Detach yourself from negative thoughts, as your thoughts cannot hold any power over you if you do not judge them. If you notice yourself having a negative thought, just sit and relax and picture something you love, believe me the negative aspect will be obliterated from your thought process. Says Alok Sharma, the content specialist of India. Kill and decimate the ANTs -Automatic Negative Thoughts. These are the bad thoughts that are usually reactionary, whenever they come knocking on your mind, realize that they are nothing more than ANTs and knock them down for good, so that your positive, optimal thinking power can be developed into a constructive weapon. Alok Sharma, the content specialist and google expert of India has done it all.

Practice LTS - Loving, Touching & Squeezing with ally our family, friends and associates close to you. You do not have to be an expert to know the benefits of a good hug. Positive physical contact with friends, loved ones, and even pets, is an instant pick-me-up. It is not rocket science to learn this technique as most of us would already be doing it, but not as frequently as required. Alok Sharma, the content specialist India and google expert was also once a novice. I remember having read somewhere about a waitress who used to touch some of her customers on the arm while serving them or when handing them their bills, and you know what, she received higher tipsf rom these customers than from the ones she didnt touch! Interesting, eh! Do not get too excited and jump on the next man or woman you see, restrain from applying this technique on strangers otherwise, need less to say you know what will happen. Instead prepare mentally do develop the power of positive, optimal thinking. Alok Sharma, the content specialist India and google expert suggests so but no gurantees.

Increase Your Social Activity, because by doing this, you decrease loneliness. Surround yourself with healthy, happy people, and their positive energy will affect you in a positive way! Volunteer for an organization,or help others, as everyone feels good after helping somebody, it is the thumb rule. It is very important according to Alok Sharma, the content specialist of India and google expert. You can volunteer your time, your money, or your resources, more positive energy you put out into the world, the more you will receive in return.

Use the PI (Pattern Interrupt) rule to Combat Rumination. If you somehow find yourself involved in the vicious circle of ruminating, a great way to stop it is to interrupt the pattern and force yourself to do something completely different. Rumination is like hyper-focus on something negative. It's never productive, because it's not rational or solution-oriented, it is just excessive worry. Alok Sharma, the content specialist India and google expert opines so. Try changing your physical environment - go for a walk or sit outside. You could also call a friend, pick up a book, or turn on some music, to tone up your power of optimal yet positive thinking.

I can go on and on, but due to shortage of time and space I will discontinue this article now and maybe catch up with you some time later, so watch out for my next piece or mail to   aloktss@gmail.com, I will give you a pack of some of my very good articles as a free gift, bye for now. It is a promise by Alok Sharma, the content specialist and google specialist grom India.
