Career Counselling Chandigarh Aptitude Testing

Every student should undergo psychometric tests before taking any career decision to avoid seeing failure in life.

The details of the Career Counselling programme are appended in the following paragraphs;-

Step-1 - Psychometric Testing: - The objective of this session is to understand the aptitude, aspirations, interests, strengths & weaknesses of the students. The following activities are done in this session:-

a) Conduct of Psychometric Tests Aptitude, Interest, Intelligence, Personality & Study Skills Inventory.

• These tests are:-
• Paper- pencil tests
• No prior preparations required.
• Time Needed- 2 Hours

Step-2 - Evaluation:- In this session , the tests are evaluated and a report card is generated for every student in the office of IPAT GUIDE at Chandigarh.

Step-3- Explanation: - The results of the psychometric tests are given to students individually. The report will have the following details:-

• Intelligence Level
• Interest Areas
• Suitable Subjects
• Main & Alternative Career Options
• Career Path
• Admission Procedure
• List of Colleges/ Universities
• Tips on academic/ behavior issues specific to the student.

Step- 4- Counselling : Each student is counselled individually on the following issues:-

• Subject Selection
• Suitable Career Options
• Individual Academic Problems & the Solutions
• Needed Behavior Adjustments

The parents are also counselled individually based upon the programme. The program fee ranges from Rs 600 to 2400.
