Pawar's four point plan

This general election is making everybody crazy. All political parties appear to be in a dizzy mood. Most do not know how to appeal to voters. Congress party is particularly in a fix so that they are not able to tell why there was so much rise in prices. They conveniently avoid giving answers to questions of voters. In spite of this awkward situation they have to win maximum seats in the next parliament. As I have said in my previous post that Congress party has a software prepared by somebody from infosys, probably but not sure, and with that they will get votes of all those who do not vote until 4.00pm on the voting day.

Our NCP is not any much behind in this race. Sharad Pawar has got a four point plan to get most votes either legitimately or illegitimately! So long as they get votes that is all the business for the time being. I came to know of this four point plan from somebody within NCP and so I very much feel that I should share that with my readers on this blog.

First point is Sharad Pawar made setting with EC so that his party can do whatever to win the election. In addition to the fact that police chief is already from his camp, Rakesh Maria and others. We know Home ministry is with NCP that adds to his power.

Second point is that Sharad Pawar made appeal to his followers to do voting twice and during that appeal, he also told them to wipe out ink from their finger. This appeal is one point which he accidentally uttered out publicly and came in some trouble. With his special contacts with EC and police, he got out of it and how EC gave clean chit to him we have seen helplessly.

Third point is more interesting. I came to know of it and the very next day a news came on TV channel telling that BJP workers spotted some voting machines having been rigged so that voters may press any button the vote will go to NCP candidate and nobody else. They found such machines in the constituency of Paful Patel a very big leader from NCP. In one interview Praful Patel had told press recently that their leader is taking every care to see that their party will get all seats in Maharashtra. There are 21 candidates from this party contesting. That means in 21 constituencies they have to do appurtenance in voting machines. That comes to only about 210 machines they have to manipulate so that NCP boys will get all votes required.

Playing with voting machines is not a very new trick, I remember many years ago when SK Patil was Congress party leader he had prepared ballot boxes filled with all Congress votes and during placement of those boxes real boxes were replaced by these bogus boxes and by that he used to win elections. He would win by very large number of votes. Finally George Fernandez discovered the trick and SK Patil was exposed. But even during that time also, then EC gave clean chit to Patil! This shows that EC has old time good relations with Congress party since long.

Fourth point is related to second point of double voting. The ink used to spot on finger is special type and not possibly removable from fingers for some days. It may be made, using some silver compound. Sharad Pawar's boys are going to replace that real ink by other removable ink. And that is possible because, NCP boys are working as temporary hands to help EC during the election work. These NCP workers are also employees in some or the other government department. During Elections EC requests government to provide them with some employees during election duty. Government is of NCP-Congress combine and so while releasing employees those fellows are released for this election duty who are close to Sharad Pawar team. This callous arrangement makes it easy for NCP to do all these riggings conveniently.

There are other things also to be considered. The election is divided in two dates and so first voting is done on 17 and next voting is on 24 April. That means there is a time of 7 days to remove ink from the fingers. The plan is very simple. All voting booths where NCP candidate are standing on 17th April will have a ink which is not real ink but duplicate one which is easy to remove. This is possible because workers who do all arrangements are from NCP supporters. Bottles of real ink are replaced with duplicate removable ink. When I calculated about how much ink is required, I found that only a few liters of ink, to be precise 2.5 liters, is enough to play the havoc. Let us imagine what Sharad Pawar is going to achieve by such a small quantity of ink.

Congress allies being supportive to this plan, we feel that everything will pass without any hassles. I request BJP workers to check ink on 17th voting date, to expose this plan. Checking of all voting machines where NCP candidates are contesting is one more job they have to do; otherwise BJP-SS combine may lose this election to Congress-NCP team.
