Dazed by Dzire

Purpose of this blog is take a collective effort against Maruti against their poor delivery service of dZire and other Cars. If Maruti does not take some effort then ultimate solution would be going to press and take a legal action. I request people to share their resources in this effort.

My father booked Swift Dezire VXi with Vipul Motors, Gurgaon on 31st March. They took 50K advance and told to deliver the car in 1 month. 1 month is already over and now they are seeing it may take 6 month for delivery of car. I talked to agent through which I have booked the car a number of times and they are giving evasive responses. I feel like take some legal action against them. We called up Maruti help-line (18001800180, 09910202020) and lodged our complaints to which we got a call back to assure something would be done, however, nothing seems happening.

We plan to take some legal action and/or going to press unless something happens urgently.

Request all fellow dzire sufferer to post their problem and lets take collective action.

Hai all,

From my view, Maruti Swift & swift Dezire are same. Swift is a very gud vehicle with good milage and comfort etc.,

I suggest to go for Maruti SX4. Sx4 is a very gud vehicle than swift. The Sx4 is having a very good luk and milage, maintenance and comfort.

I suggest to go for SX4...........

Regards,
Prem

As far as Maruti is concerned, they are the market leaders and hence they feel like controlling the whole of market at will. This will not work in what is becoming an increasingly competetive market. Its hightime they understood ths fact. Though they are paying 24% interest to the amount paid in advance, money is the one we are least bothered.
