ITC States that the Apple iPhone Violates Motorola Patent

The U.S. International Trade Commission has now officially ruled that the Apple iPhone has violated one of Motorola Mobility's patents relating to its use of WiFi technology. This patent is one of Motorola's four lawsuits brought up against Apple. The above ruling was given by one single judge, whose decision the entire ITC commission will review in the coming months.
