This must be 100 year old story being inherited generation after generation.

The complacent nature of Indians was discovered by Mahatma Gandhi, which I came to know from the book Count your Chickens before they hatch' by Arindam Choudari.
Later Americans mastered it. Yet Indians has not learned it!
I am not trying to make a joke of the trainers.
My tenure in AVERY INDIA taught me this principle very hard way. The only other people I salute as successful sales men are from EurekaFobes. I swear, they were great!
