Give Freshers A Chance

     In todays competative world we have to prove ourself in every field. and most of the companies are only hiring those who have in hand experience. and we the new comers have no place to stand.

thou we have the ability to prove if given a chance to prove it. why are we left behind. most of the companies hire only those who come out with good percentile and from reutated institutes. even the people coming from low line areas can show up their best in performance if given a time to prove. i have come across many interviews which i have given as a fresher but only to my dismay i have got negative response. im not saying that the companies wants the best. i may lack some ware but atleast give asecond chance to improve. which i have n have landed up to a place where im not satisified with my job. but still striving to do it as it is a part of my job and im doin really well.

if i am some where wrong please do help me if can change my mind set what i have preserved now related to the hiring stratergy that is been followed by many companies.
