Recently I went for an interview at none other than Godrej after being shortlisted for the post of AM- Corporate Communications. After being interviewed, the DGM-Corporate Communications asked me to fill up the form, but a certain Mr James Sebastian, took offence, was absent the entire next day and I was informed later on that my resume did not match. If the resume did not match, why call up the candidate in the first place? This just shows that even experienced personnel are prone to make mistakes and land up harassing a lot of innocent people. These people should not be allowed to make sole decisions as their decisions are made to take revenge, are emotional and of very high psychotic content. He was probably avenging some wrong done to him a decade ago. Who knows? Why should we be subject to the whims and fancies of a handful of people? I shudder to think that our careers are resting in the hands of such incompetent losers.
