Sydney J Harvis once said: The time is when you don’t have the time
for it.
Barring a crisis at work or otherwise, this is so
true. Yet, we all convince ourselves and find a reason not to act on
something important – going to the gym, starting that damn walk and
pump up some aerobics, or that training you always wanted, or
reaching out to someone pending for a long time. Odds are, we reason
out why we could not do it and kind of assign this blame to our
situation.
Hmm….
A common trait amongst all
successful people is time management and planning- to be able to
straddle a multitude of activities even amidst adversity and meet time
schedules. They are not born with it, but work on developing it once
they get over the fact that this must be conquered. And believe me,
the more you work on it the better you get at it. We all have the same
24 hours – look closely and you will find your own plan to pack more
stuff in a day.
