Would the Indian PM take charge?
Monday 15th, September 2008
Four bomb  attacks in four months – lives everywhere are as expensive, but reaching Delhi last Saturday symbolizes that perpetrators will not stop at anything and have knocked on the seat of the government. 40 lives gone and over 100 injured is unnerving.

I was overwhelmed at the number of emails /text messages and phone calls that poured in from family and friends   across the world. More   importantly they all shared the same feelings in regard to what happened and why it might happen again and what must be done to stop this insanity.

This is war.

Look around and see how the US and UK responded to similar acts – the head of state has to take control and declare in clear terms that they will hunt out and raze the perpetrators. Nothing less of such conviction and reaction will deter such acts.

It’s been 48 hours and we are still waiting for our PM to take charge and tell us what he has in his mind and heart.
