Staying Healthy

Remote controls,Computers,Wahing machines,Vacum cleaners,Motor cycle and Car have made it possible for us to have almost everything, without much physical efforts .Physical activity is getting reduced and becoming insignificant to stay healthy.
Present day work environment demands that employee stay healthy and fit on the job.
Staying healthy is a part of our resource requirement.Therefore,it is worth the time,effort and money spent on staying healthy.
It is not possible for any one to be 100% healthy and that too all the time.But one can always attempt to stay healthy by taking
few simple steps.

Here are a few tips:
   1. Climb steps. As far as possible avoid lift/escalator.
   2. Bring down couch/Desk time.Excessive sitting and
       reduced physical activity renders one vulnerable.
   3. Do your personal work yourself.
   4. Do some physical exercise, like walking, Yoga, Tai chi etc.
       Check with your Doctor /Physical fitness trainer for an
        exercise plan that suits your body condition.
   5. Cut down Junk foods.
   6. Avoid Snacks and drinks.
   7. Eat healthy, nutritious food. Eat in small quantity, increase the
       number of times intake.
   8. Cut down on Oil,Fat,sugar and salt.
   9. Avoid hot drinks.
  10.Quit smoking.
  11.Eat plenty of vegetables, greens, fibrous food.
  12 Have periodical medical check up and follow medical advice.
  13. Take time to relax. Spend about 20 minutes a day relaxing.

Improving health,staying healthy requires dedication and non stop practice.It is the personal responsibility of the individual.
Be active.Enjoy good health.
Be more productive and happy.
