Textile Industry in India is being upgraded by investment in Technology.Infrastructure in the modern textile Industry has to be improved to meet the domestic and International requirements. The competition in Textile manufacturing process has lead to demand for the Skilled persons on the floor of the House. All over India we have institutes giving lots of MBA programmes and most these students are jobless. These students very rarely prefer to join Textile Industry . Eventhough, Textile industry needs MBA with all the Engineering Degrees and has potential for the large scale scale job opportunities, the man power working with good MBA is very sparse. It is very essential to teach the basic principlae of the management and soft skills required to improve the Business by quality production. Marketing, Financial management and HR relations is an important area which needs to be improved in the Textile Industry Managers. Thus, Textile Industry needs are to be identified to develop the curriculum for the MBA.
