What is being done about the BPO scenario in the twin cities?
It is so hard to get hold of HR Managers in any BPO/KPO in the twin cities. The receptionists do not allow us to conference, especially when they are told that we are from out of town, calling from cities like Pune, Delhi, Mumbai etc., Is is that they do not have manpower who can handle calls or that every BPO feels that it is wise for us to get in touch with people within the organization who push our resumes or the obvious choice to get in touch with a consultant?

It really does not work out and I dont mean to be rude but this seems outright ridiculous to me.
