Govt., Media & many corporate players r always ready to sponser these famous identities & there related sports. On other hand

Do u know-------- Mr. Prashant Karmakar

Prashant Karmarkar is a paralympic swimmer has been representing India for so many years, and will do so in upcoming games.
He lost his right hand, at the wrist, in a childhood accident. Despite difficulities ranging from trauma, his family's financial woes , Kamakar has brought several laurels to the country.

He won seven medals at the 2007 World Championships and the same number at the 2009 World games and yet never recieved no acknowledgement.

No media acknowledged his achievements neither Government assisted Prashant Karmakar or sponsered him as they dont have set procedures to assist specially abled athlethes.

The idea behind is to tell that despite of the disability Prashant Karmakar, he placed India on international sports chart & made us proud, he is the real hero whom we should acknowledge and take inspiration too. Also we should start encouraging and crediting these sports so that corporate sponsors and government start funding these organisation and take their efforts towards the game a success.

Government shd acknowledge there achievements and dont let these courageous personalities to look help and support from outside India. As too much money is spent on sports like cricket, Tennis, Hockey etc for abled athletes in India. Little shd spent on specially abled athletes and on there sports.
