Of course I am really happy to see recent survey conducted by C fore shows that almost 53% employees of this sector don’t want to associate with any union as they also believe that this unionizing of IT/BPO sector will hamper the industry growth and could damage the whole reputation of industry.

Unionizing anything in IT industry will be its death knell. Clients will simply run away to Philippines, Malaysia, China etc - where they are assured of 24×7 service - and not at the mercy of unions.

This unionization attempt of BPO centers began in West Bengal some time ago - thankfully its not succeeded so far. We hope it never does.

We don’t need thugs telling us whether to go to jobs or not.

Public Sector Banks went on a strike day before yesterday. Imagine if ATMs, Private Sector banks did not exist - the economy would come to a sudden standstill - by such strikes.
