Finally stock markets hv shown the ugliest side of it.... WORLD WIDE MELTDOWN OF FINANCIAL SYSTEMS that was simmering during when i was cofused in may 2008...reasons are many more........ people are busy in trying blame each other at the top and to be proved right in their own way..... This really doesnt help investors other than consoling the loser.
What really matters is to learn from experience and come out stronger next time ......thats the way we build any other business ....and stockmarket is no different.
I would like to draw attention to a very important fundamental , i have been advocating......WE MUST HAVE A DEFINATE INVESTING SYSTEM, MONEY MANAGEMENT SYSYTEM AND ASSET ALLOCATION SYSTEM IN PLACE BEFORE WE PUT OUR HARD EARNED MONEY INTO STOCKMARKETS. All is not complicated and difficult but needs clarity of financial goals and path to reach there, equally important is the displines to stick to the plans and systems........
What really this do for us in stockmarkets?
It saves us from such a bad situation of losing our capital /profits .......and when such situations occur we really come to know very late...the damages are already done.
Coming back to market climate...still not very clear, the extent of damage it can go to..... we might take months and even yr. to really build an investment plan for next 3-5yrs
This is time to just watch and keep cash intact ...we might get much more attractive valuations of favourate stocks in coming months.....i will share my opinion as the time approaches.
Investors feel restless with cash in hand ...they can look for investing in debt markets/ fixed deposits till the calrity of situation is in site.
Trading opportunities in stockmarkets occur everyday/week/month...but that needs expert's advice and guidence, alternatively aquire these skills/techniques by way of tainings.....They just cost nothing lookin at the opportunity.
More next time
