Future CEO of India

Mr Narendra Modi certainly deserves to be the Prime Ministerial Candidate. There is a saying "Where there is a will, there is way". Moreover a strong "political will" of Mr Modi as a Chief Minister of the Gujarat State has made the State a "vibrant one" with a vibrant economy, thanks to the overall development made possible be it in infrastructure or agriculture.

Though Gujarat comprises mostly of barren land, the conviction to improve the same through methods like drip irrigation etc has made other predominantly agricultural states like ours feel shame. We have lost big investments be it foreign or domestic to Gujarat because of lack of infrastructural development, delivery issues, red tapism etc. Same is the case with his counterpart of Bihar, Mr Nitish Kumar. What the earlier govt failed to do he has made it possible under his governance.

Thanks to the man Mr Modi himself & his colleagues the entire cabinet without their support it wouldn’t have been possible at all. And it is quite obvious that somebody will definitely feel jealous compelling to make baseless & false allegations to destabilise his government and political will. Though he has been showered words of "praises" from unexpected quarters, be it the ex-Darul Uloom VC who had lauded Modi administration’s development agenda, later lost his job for his pro- Modi statements.

A newly-released report of the American think tank Congressional Research Service not only hails Modi’s BJP Government as “India’s best example of effective governance and impressive development”, but also sees him “among the party’s likely candidates for prime ministership in future elections”. USIBC’s Ron Somers doesn’t ever miss Vibrant Gujarat, a summit attended by every single corporate owner worth his salt in India. Global giants Ford, GM, Suzuki are all smitten. A good point made by economist Bibek Debroy when he says the stress is not on Modi’s business image but “the great lesson of Gujarat which is to improve delivery and that’s a development role not so much an industry role.”

Even our country's leading businessmen have openly appraised his good works. Of late Mallika's lawyers have denied bribery claims for her PIL on the post-godhra riots, before that a lady of the minority community had claimed that she was compelled to make false statements by the NGO activist Teesta Setalwad. Mr Modi has always condemned the Gujarat riots, the only blot on his governance. Still when he proudly claims that 6-crore Gujaratis are his only strength, it comprises of each & every Gujarati -be it Hindus or rest of the minorities. This all is bound to happen and will continue, but nobody can deny that Modi has definitely proved that a strong political will always works which we all notice - "Vibrant Gujarat". He is indeed like a CEO of Gujarat and the shareholders being the 6 crore Gujaratis.
