PROGRAMME OUTLINE

• Aarena has devised the course that demonstrates the theory behind Communication and Personality Development, which shall be explained to the pupils, receiving training.

• The course is based on individual’s need to conversate effectively, fluently and without any glitches, with right body language and facial expressions and expected or desired result.

• Pupils shall receive activity based training in day-to-day communication needs like: telephonic conversation, putting up queries during classroom interaction, ability to frame questions and answers independently, inter-personal and Group conversation, speaking extempore etc.

PROGRAME OBJECTIVES or outcomes of training

By the end of the program the participants will be able to:

• Understand what are various communication techniques & how and when to use them. Also how to come out of self-made cocoon and be a Charming Skill-equipped individual.
• How to
• Learn how to seize initiative in a crunch situation and achieve goals.
• Learn the skill of setting goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
• Polish the speech skills and use them effectively to attain desired goals.
• Remove any kind of personality lacuna and develop a very positive attitude towards life.
• Design and communicate effective formal and informal messages.
• Make an effective business presentation with appropriate media support
• Demonstrate improved persuasion and influencing skills for better negotiations.
• Develop sensitivity to Cross Cultural Communication
