Real estate stocks are at peak in the year Jan 2008. So how these guys could get a valuation of 500 multiples 1000 multiples and others. How most of the companies got valuations which they don’t deserve at all. Why all those foolish media people trumpeted those useless prices as Indian victory in the world of finance.

Every citizen of this country must understand that base of Indian economy, Indian polity are very very weak. I know most of the readers would be angered to read my views. When I told my friends that markets would be crushed they show their anger towards me and I expect the same from readers of this blog. Believe me, I’m least bothered about angers and probably people who’d spit on my writing. Unfortunately I’m too brave and motivated that meaningless anger won’t hurt me.

Now coming to point. Why Dawood won’t be caught?

99 out of 100 real estate dealings are done on black money. Who is supplying that money? How a small realtor without any background in one fine morning lists his company and become a hero. How he is getting the valuations he wants to exit from the business. Honestly speaking no one has any answers. Well no one infact ask these questions. SEBI didn’t even asked how valuations have been made by those so called real estate giants based on their value of land banks.

So who to blame? A person who bought an apartment that was worth for 30 lacs at 1 crore. A person who paid 40k EMI out of his 60K salary? A person who continuously invested in real estate stocks? Whom to blame?

Everyone knows about corporate rivalry. In order to protect from others most of our so called corporate heroes would be having link with underworld dons. These guys give money to those dons and they protect themselves from their rivals. Not surprisingly those dons normally have great understanding between their peers in their underworld industry. Ofcourse, they should have, then only they could earn money.

I’ve no words to say after seeing these meaningless candles lighting, media doing hunky dory things, people spilling their emotions and lot of things. No one seems to understand basic issue on how things would work on underworld.

Instead of blaming Pakistan, why India can’t put security in its borders. Make no mistake, without support no one could attack any country. All these having evidence, Pakistan terror camps are all kids game. Despite getting several warnings, why Mumbai police is not under vigil? Why these guys are simply pointing fingers towards others. How dare they’re to say that they didn’t get proper warnings? Could anyone explain me the reason on why they’ve been appointed for that job?

Instead of shouting, I’d advice people to do their jobs. If you’re lucky you could survive attacks, if not vice versa. Amen!
