Is Pakistan the Homeland for Terrorists?

Quality Advisor
It seems that Pakistan is soon going to be called a “terrorist state”. With Talibans breathing heavily on it’s neck, it may soon turn into a Taliban state.

The home grown terrorists of Pakistan like Lashkar-e-Taiba,Jaish Mohammad etc are out of their hands. They have created monsters on which they have no control. Today Pakistan is like a headless chicken running around with nuclear weapons in its hands. A perfect failed state with a rabid fundamentalist Islamic terror having taken root and spread its venom in the society. Terrorists are running amok. Shias and Sunnis are blowing each other up. The Army and the ISI are behaving as a state within a state. The PPP led government of Zardari has no say in the running of the country.

The 26/11 attack on Mumbai and the mulitple proofs which followed all point fingers at Pakistan. No one ever doubts Pakistan’s involvement in the terror attacks but the Zardari Government has no say.

The recent attacks on the Sri Lankan cricket team is a shame. Inspite of the security given to them, they were attacked and shot in broad daylight in a city like Lahore. Six Sri Lankan players were wounded when around a dozen gunmen attacked the team’s bus as it was on its way to the Gadaffi stadium in Lahore to resume play on Day 3 of the second Test against Pakistan. The driver of the Sri Lankan team coach said one of the attackers had thrown a grenade under the bus, but it did not detonate. The Sri Lankan cricket board has cancelled the tour with immediate effect.

The attack sparked condemnation from around the world and threw a massive question mark over the future of the game in the troubled nation — a co-host for the 2011 cricket World Cup.

The continuous terrorist attacks happening and affecting the nations of the Asian sub-continent raises an important question - how safe it is to have Pakistan as a neighbour. Another question which naturally comes - Is Pakistan the real breeding ground for terrorists?
