Exensys, a renowned Product Based Organization, originated from Hyderabad, known for best place to work. But since last few months, due to its in-stable financial condition, its credibility went down and resulted a deep frustration among employees.

Exensys is known because of its valuable employees, who are highly skilled, committed to work, delivery & result oriented and have the high level of team spirits. In-spite of salary & monetary problems, they continued delivering their best to the success of projects &organizational growth.

Recently couple of cases has been observed, whereas, one or two blogs are showing very negative remark on Exensys. The authors of these post kept their identity hidden, and moreover the information mentioned there, are mostly myths, sentiments & incorrect information. There is serious doubt about the authenticity of such blogs / information / persons, it may also possible that these persons are not Exensys Employees or rather a de-marketing gimmicks by competitors.

I understand that everyone is free to express their views, but the most important factor is how do we express our feeling. We need to be very careful in expressing our feelings. A mental frustration should not be exploded at wrong time, wrong place and in a wrong way.

As I wrote in my earlier paragraph, Exensys is known for its committed employees, those are still playing critical role in delivering the commitments to customers & to products, and in such a high time, they are giving successful results though having tremendous financial pressure.

What I understood during my 5 years tenure with Exensys, that its management is highly cooperative and helpful. Even though in tremendous financial crunch, none of the operations were closed, no lay offs were made, rather, monetary help is provided to its employees, who (or their family members) faced some medical problems.

I also understood and observed that Exensys is into its growth curve and not yet reached to its break-even point. It is primarily running on investments being made by investors nor on revenue. TheOrganizational Growth depending on revenue is a long journey in any product development company. Unfortunately, before that time will arrive, global recession forced its existing investors to pull their hands. It became really impossible to get the new investments from those existing investors, moreover, the investors were shocked by recession and their losses forced them to pull their hands from Exensys. Thus Exensys management started to look opportunities for new investors. Getting new investors and raising funds from them is depend on building the confidence, which is a time taking process. This all together, put Exensys into big Financial trouble.

I am sure that Exensys employees are still with Exensys and they are hoping best days to come back. They know the fact that Exensys has not only provided tremendous learning opportunities in improving their technical & behaviour skills, but also a monetary growth, at par with market trends. They also believe on the truth that proper cash inflows, will back Exensys and its employees' life on track and once again Exensys will start running with full pace.

Life is full of challenges and learning. Each challenge leaves learning. Present financial crunch has gave good learning to Exensysmanagement to have alternative channels of investments. Recently, our MD has conveyed that Exensys has secured one investment, which is going to materialize in August 2009. They are also looking for interim financial help and other investments for business continuity. Lets cross the finger for success and wish for good time.

Once again, I sincerely thank Exensys' colleagues that tenure of crises, really went so long, but they are still showing their trust & confidence with Exensys.
