Working Life Management:
The first thing to do is determine when you will work, and only work during those hours. If work spills over, you need to have the self-discipline to say,“I can pick this up in the morning.”The most common objection to this idea is that emergencies are constantly coming up,but possible to manage.
Done Differently:
I would have started my own consultancy much earlier
Plans For The Future:
Chairman of my Solicitor Firm
Changes In The Professional Environment:
I have started my career in 1987 with Standard Chartered it was then like a club with good balance of targets and rewards.Bank guided by Brit Culture. During 1995 the British culture converted to a changed culture impacted by Globalization . Concept of "Profit Centre" turned the bosse Crazy
Growth Strategy:
To grow and develop you must serve and lead. Leading means doing. Serving means doing. Leading means finding problems then finding solutions.Serving means finding new needs then finding solutions to those needs. BEING a leader and servant means you are doing it on a daily basis.Growth is inevitable
