The Journey So Far:
My journey is still an amateur and its long way to go.
Job Profile:
My role has been more strategic and process improvisation in my current function.
I play the role of revolving HR Professional where my expertise is explored in the different facets of HR at my organization.Whether it was recruitment yesterday or HR Professional services now.
Career Profile:
This requires lot of knowledge to deal with tactical operations with rigid timelines.
Lot of consulting expertise in dealing with people.
It requires a HR to be a trusted advisory to the people.
Degrees That Matter:
CIPD or SHRM are good as they keep you up to date. CIPD is not in india yet.
Further is self-education.
Working Life Management:
A difficult question to answer.
Thats a question i pose back to the Indian style of working compared to the European/British not American.
The answer i have for myself is "Work is not life" work is just a part of life.
I think they have to have hoardings in most companies so people are aware
Done Differently:
Nothing. The question is irrelevant if that is the case ; the question can be put across to the Human genetic scientists. May be they can bring out a child that can ask this question and see ahead even before he reaches 28 years of age.

The professional environment has changed cannot comment whether its become good to bad or vice versa.
Growth Strategy:
Increase the scope of your personal work apart from professional work.
Develop a parallel interest apart from your official work. That increases your scope of being a holistic leader.

HR is a profession that is daily taking a new shape.
It orignates from ICS officers who were charge of the entire administration of the country ; gradually it came to labour welfare applying those theories of ICS to HRDevelopment to HR Department to strategic HRmanagement to HR Shared services ...
