Advice, please do work for at least 3 years and pursue MBA. And keep on doing courses at regular interval

Meditation and spiritual from time to time.

Maybe be more confident and work harder, training in different domain would ve helped a lot

Board of Director or will open a new company.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Within a short duration of 4 years have become the manager of the company and strive to be in the BOD. Being a trainee and now in a decision making body I feel proud that I did it in such less time.
Growth Strategy:
I did my mdp from IIM Indore and then doing different training at different institute, equally important is to interact with all the directors of the company, interaction helps a lot and I make sure
that I interact with all my employees plus books which do help a lot.
Other Thoughts:
Coming from a small state sikkim, we made things possible here too in the field of IT and training. We have evolved from a small group to a 200+ employees.
Advice For New Professionals:
Make ur attitude right, work hard and don't run for packages. Learn your work the package will follow you
Role Model:
My ex boss Mr. Anik and Mr. Neil, anik's never say no attitude and the aggressiveness of neil both have helped me a lot
