Expectations of Employee and Employer both have moved from Dial Up speeds to Broadband mode now in the past 10 years now. Fast Results, Prompt Recognition, Timely Decision Making and frequent job changes have become the norm now

Be open to learn from supervisors and subordinates equally and always be ready to have hands on experience of the work team is doing.
Advice For New Professionals:
Plan your career in tune to market conditions, learn to adapt and be ready for self learning and never rest on your past laurels or degrees acquired. Workplace Politics and challenges exist everywhere don't run away from them.
