Advice For New Professionals:
Never underestimate a requirement. Never over commit on time. Estimate the task properly with the help of domain experts. Make realistic commitments and stick to it. Be a good listener. Do smile at work -don't laugh at anybody. Appreciate other's effort, even if it is of the least relevance.
Role Model:
I learn something or the other from each and every one of my colleagues, superiors and subordinates. I don't have a role model as such. I go with my instincts and understandings, take advice and opinion from experts, but takes decision by myself.
