Actually there is no books learned you except your experience. But we can get help from some books like Entrepreneur's desk and some other HR matters related books which can elaborate about thinking of our Bosses and peers thinking.
Advice For New Professionals:
Always keep empty for get some. Because full pot cant take anymore but empty can get.New comers are always excited to give their ideas but it depends on conditions where they are working. Might be some bosses dont like their ideas and take it them oversmart.
