The Journey So Far:
The Journey so far straight high-way..I had wonderful management who supported me to continue working as differentiator
Job Profile:
i am working as Quality Lead in my organization.This profile has high responsibilities in driving client success rate through internal operational excellence.My role involves working with different Quality Analysts and drive the defect prevention process across client projects
The Decisions That Matter
Choosing Quality Domain is the wisest decision i made in my journey. Not because of Financial reasons..its purely because of..transforming the life style for the betterment of society. I have applied Lean Sixsigma methods to my personal life..which resulted defect free life(I agree 99.977 percent)
Career Profile:
My responsibilities are to ensure that my team members doing their responsibilities.As my Role is dependant on the work generated by Quality teams..i have to focus at the source of work generation.For that matter, any innovation,Improvement can be done at the source only as its the input to process
Degrees That Matter:
Knowledge is important first. Without the right knowledge one can not take the right decisions.So, one can not choose the right certifications for the career. As per the knowledge attained so far, I have achieved the relevant Degrees and Certifications..further new knowledge and new certifications
Working Life Management:
I am managing my work effectively so that i am able to manage my work efficiently. This results balance at my life. Doing right things is effectiveness and doing the things right is efficiency.So,i always prefer effectiveness at work and utilize every minute at office in 9 hrs.
Done Differently:
Career is an "output". we can not directly control the outputs. the only thing that we can do is controlling the "inputs". Right education at right time at right university with right infrastructure makes ones career effective and strong.I had all this so am in right direction.
Plans For The Future:
I would like to see myself as Quality Guru of IT organizations..The Titles,Roles,Designations may be change but what matter is the level of knowledge,amount of knowledge attained day by day. That is what matters. If there is no learning then there is no growth.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Microsoft Certified Dynamics Specialist with 100% Score IT Infrastructure Certification with 100% Score Getting an expert Teacher for completing the Lean Sixsigma GreenBelt and BlackBelt Certification with 83% score
Growth Strategy:
A Leader should always do the right things. But deciding what is Right and what is Wrong is paramount.A Leader should be able to visualize,Predict the results. Not just by doing guesswork.But through the scientific methods.we need to apply science and engineering to our work to grow and to be unique
