The Journey So Far:
Started my career with BPO firm as back office executive '03 and moved to small IT firm '04 - played various role across functions like sales, customer service and human resource. Joined an leading staffing co. as an Account Mgr handled clients from IT, Telecom & Media verticals across South India.
The Decisions That Matter
I dare to be on my own during the recession hours in 2009, have come long way. I am amazed with the results now but still miles to go.
Career Profile:
Current role require handling business across India, managing P&L, business development, account management, team management and recruitment. Previously my role in limited to specific geography and vertical.

MBA degree would have added different approach in handling things

Would have completed MBA and started my career with a startup as a business development guy

A Proud business enabler and helped various Indian and Multinational organizations to obtain their growth by hiring best talent from the market.

Yes, it has come long way. Companies changed the way they recruit and domestic markets became hot. Perks has come down. Tech Professionals moved to salary slab with Fixed and Variable ratio.
