We are basically from Kundapura,Karnataka. I and my siblings ,my elder bro and younger sister were brought up in a place called Dandeli, Karnataka. Right now my Mom and dad are staying in Dandeli and next month i.e In feb 2015 they will be back to my hometown, Kundapura as my dad is getting retired from BSNL. My elder bro is working as a senior civil engineer and my younger sis is working as a lecturer in Maths.

The Journey So Far:
Honestly , I can't answer this question ;) As corporate is still a vague term in my dictionary.
Job Profile:
Right now i am working in an Executive search firm. My primary responsibilities include sourcing and hunting the candidates according the client requirement,and secondary responsibility is understanding the industry trend and targeting the right client or you can say new business development.
The Decisions That Matter
I have done Completed my MBA in HR in the year July 2012,Joining the Start up Recruitment Consulting firm is the best decision i have made as a fresher.
Career Profile:
Initially i have started working on Junior requirements and there was no business development included. Currently i am working for executive level requirements ,plus mapping the clients and new business development.
Degrees That Matter:
I don't believe in any certifications , Knowledge is power.
Working Life Management:
Right now i have lot of time as i am staying away from my parents.
Done Differently:
I don't want to think about it,as i am a kind of person who would love to live their life with no regrets.
Plans For The Future:
I see myself doing something of my own , i don't mind getting into a entirely different field.I see myself as an Entrepreneur.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Yet to accomplish and the answer will be same if you ask me this question ten years down the line,Hehe I am greedy

I have become more serious in my work.
