I am currently the Global Sales Head. My main work profile is to handle international sales and market intelligence. I am responsible for handling the entire sales funnel from nuturing to closure. I also design strategies to get huge ROI
The Decisions That Matter
Wanted to be an Aeronautical Space engineer but later made a decision to pick up Computer Science Engg. Always i was proactive to changes and took many challenges all through my career. Was bold in being straight forward and always made my point clear

Certification courses, One year Professional courses, PhD Business Analysis Certifications and Strategic Analysis certifications
Working Life Management:
I would finish my work befoe the deadline. Spend more time in office if need be. Else would prefer to work from home. Weekends i spend with my friends and family also. never mix professional confusions with personal. I would hit the gym or jog for 2 kms to keep myself fit
Done Differently:
I would first understand the line of business and make the necessary process oriented changes and hit at the right target without any waste of time. I would refine the entire sales funnel and and motivate my team to perform more. I would make every associate think like me in terms of achievement.

I would be heading the entire sales channel as VP of sales in a reputed organization handling Strategic Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Solutions Analysis

I had achieved a sales target of $4MN with a pipeline of $10MN. Took initiatives in developing an inhouse CRM and always accomplished my commitments
